Our sliding door will not lock I think the handle and lock may need to be replaced possibly I have attached a picture of the sliding door and the handle

Im having trouble unlocking my sliding door. The mortise lock gets stuck nor can I open it with the key. I have to uninstal the handles and use a flat screw driver to un lock it. There are no markings or any brand or vendor-written on these handles. It seems like the locking hook plastic broke, and it is not engaging and operating the double hooks. The distance between two holes (drilled) on the door is almost 4 inches. It seems like a double hook mortise lock. I am looking ... (cont.)

I believe it is similar to the Truth Multi point vertical rod sliding door lock.
