Hi, Have a latch on my patio door which has recently broken. The latch is a hook shape and engages on a receiving in the door frame. The twist-handle shown in the picture has sheared. Do you supply anything like this. regards Phil

Hello, I am looking the correct size key lock for this sliding door. I got couple ones, but didn't fit.

The handle base has bent and torn probably from being slammed too often. It no longer locks. I am trying to find a replacement. The door was purchased in 1999 from West Coast Plumbing in Arcata, CA, whose owner, Tom Hopkins, recommended asking you for help. The patio doors were made by Insulate Door ... (cont.)

Handle broke off (see picture). Screws through door are 4" apart. Appreciate any help identifying and ordering a replacement.

Our interior handle broke. The exterior and internal parts work fine, as you can see it broke above and below the screws, so everything is working and intact. Just need to replace that actual handle part!

Hello, we are looking for a replacement interior door handle. If we need to buy the set that's fine too. The mortise lock fell in the frame so we need one of those too. I believe part number 82-218 is the right lock? It's the interior handle we're having a hard time finding. Thank you! ... (cont.)

Hi, my name is Rachel Pong. My tenant broke the sliding door. Please see the photos I attached here. Photo 1 - the knob is disconnected with the inside lock parts. There is a very tiny gap in between the door and the edge. I just wonder if there is any tools that can fit there to unscrew the screws ... (cont.)

Need help finding this door handle. Talked to Ply Gem and they are backed up on hardware orders for two months so I am looking to find this handle much sooner than they were able to help replace this part. Please see photo for Ply Gem Window part information/ specs.
