Also, my lever locking mechanism appears intact, but it's loose and I want to replace the mortise (mount is still good) can you recommend the correct part ... (cont.)

2 brass locking mechanisms need replacing, the hook that is extended out will not retract. The brass piece cannot be dismantled because they are press fitted together (no screws) Will buy white handle assembly if need be so that holes line up

Hello! The internal plastic bushing dried, cracked, and broke so I can no longer lock the door. This is from a Vinyl Insulated NAMI branded door.
