As above. When handle installed on door, the oblong extension on locking lever will not reach slot in mortise mechanism to turn it. Is replacement level with oblong jam fitted piece available?

When I lock the door only the top latch comes out. Can you tell me about a replacement?

Hi, I would like to replace this sliding door handle. It is a 15 y/o (approx) installation. It works fine - just has a sun damaged finish. I can remove the handle and take more photos or measurements if necessary.Thank You,Greg G
