82-089 Legacy Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2")

Outside handle broke off and need to replace. Overall handle height is 10" Bolt centers are 3-15/16" Overall mortise length is 11-3/4" Center-center of mortise latches is 6-7/8" Door thickness 1-3/4"

The locking mechanism inside our guardian door broke. I haven't been able to locate a replacement that will fit in the slot on our door. I've looked all over for something that will work, but haven't had any luck.

I'm in need of a new door handle for our sliding patio door, as the lock lever broke off. Which handle do I need? Only information on the door says, "Series: Design/Professional Clad Swinging Door. Product Line # ATR-K-001"

Do you make the 82-086 without a key/lock option for the outside? Our handle broke and doesn't have that option. I'd prefer the same style.

This handle breaks every 2 years. I filed a warranty claim on Silverline's website May 20, 20201. I called on 6/4 and they're just now getting to March 10th claims. So now that it's broken completely, I'm looking for a replacement.

Hi, we have Anderson Silverline windows and doors and the door locks on the slider but when you want to unlock it sometimes it gets stuck and it feels like it jams and locks up. Looking to replace outside door handle on Patio sliding door. Brand of door and handle are unknown. Width of handle plate is 1" height is 8 - 1/2", distance between screw mounts 3 - 7/8", color is white. This a Ply Gem slider 5800 series purchased about 3 and a half years ago at Lowe's. The inside handle cracked by the lower screw.

The white switch that we use to lock fell off. We would stick it back on to lock and unlock but it keeps falling off. We attempted to put it back together but now a lot of pieces are off. Please advise Gina
