82-089 Legacy Handle Set, 3-15/16" (1-1/8" to 2-1/2")

Everything lines up perfectly except turning pin needs to be raised up from position B (oval) to position A (oval). Can I purchase this in a different position or is there a way to change this?

Our handle has broken in half! I've attached the pictures from the door.

Not sure of the brand. Photo 5421 shows an emblem that may help identify it. I may need to replace the handle as well, the thumb lock seems loose. thank you! Karen

Hi, I bought this house, new construction, and the builder has not come back to complete the assembly of the door handle and lock to the sliding glass door. It is a Jeld Wen Door. Is there any way to get a new complete door handle? Thanks! Annette

When I try to remove the screws that hold the handle on the door, they keep spinning. The sleeve on the outside is turning too. How can I get those screws out so I can replace the handles.

We purchased a patio door from the fab shop at Spectus Systems in Winnebago IL. The brass handle no longer works . We have attached photos of the handle. The inside locking mechanism does not work. Can you help us out?Todd
