Hi, It has two latches that attach in the upper/lower holes in the wall side. Can anyone help me figure out what the part to purchase and if I can purchase one that has a key for the external side. Attached are the photos I took off of my patio's glass sliding door. And some measurements. The actual key lock broke. My handles are 9.7 in. long.The inside, with 2-rectangular holes, is 11.7 in. long.

I ordered what I thought were replacement parts and they do not work. I ordered from you the 82-218 Mortise lock, round and the 82-089 Legacy Handle Set 3 15/16" (white). Order #2375580. I just bought a house with sliding glass doors that looks to have the 82-086 handle with the 82-259 mortise and the 82-249 keeper. The mortise seems like something went wrong internally and wont lock or unlock sometime until you push the pin in. (it keeps popping back out). I was going to buy a rep ... (cont.)

Hi I have a loose Sliding glass door handle. Tightening the screws only works on the bottom screw. Top screw does not tighten. See attached Photo, your Legacy 82-089 handles will work for us, however some of our locks use a Square Peg vs a flat peg to operate the lock. Does the Legacy style come with the square peg or is there another handle set that does. Or Can we purchase the handle sets and buy square pegs seperately. ... (cont.)
