On a dresser drawer one of the Kenlin Drawer Sockets and both Case Runners have split apart and need replacement. The items don't have the part numbers on your web site and look slightly different although the dimensions appear the same. There are numbers stamped on the Drawer Sockets (21) and the ... (cont.)

I have replaced the 32-081 socket with a 32-082 socket and also put in a new 32-076 case runner. I cannot get the new socket onto the runner. I have lined up the socket and the runner and pushed and pushed and the socket will not slide onto the runner. What have I done wrong?

The 32-082 heavy duty Kenlin socket is the 32-081 plastic socket covered with a metal guard. I have not heard of anyone reusing the metal guard because they are a fairly new product by Kenlin, but I do not see why it would not work because the plastic socket is the same.

Take a look at the 32-081 Kenlin drawer socket. The 32-081 is the same drawer socket as the 32-082 but without the additional metal support bracket. Without the additional support bracket, the 32-081 drawer socket has a slightly thinner width. Does your bracket look exactly like this one or is it ... (cont.)

Where do we get the metal track that attaches under the drawer that the glides run on?

Yes, both 32-081 and 32-082 are compatible with product code 32-076 case runner.
