Inside dimensions of the Kenlin drawer socket

I'm looking at the Kenlin Drawer socket (32-081 or 32-082) but I would like to know the dimensions of the inner portion or where the drawer glide slides into?

How do I remove the drawers without breaking the drawer sockets. All of mine have broken. Now all of my drawers hang down in the front when I open them. Kenlin slides for drawers

Slide and stop on dresser drawers. The socket says kenlin. The non heavy duty has broken in the past. I assume the correct socket is 32-081 and the correct runner 32-076. Can I use the regular or heavy duty interchangeably? Is this the right part based on the pictures?
