Hello, I am trying to fix 2 different size Pella Windows and unable to find the correct size coil balances with the plastic stop hardware. Do you carry these items and if so can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you,

Hello, I am trying to find a piece for my coil balance for my window. It is the white part in the pictures that is about 3" long and 1.25" wide. My coil appears to be a series 160 - 10LBS and my mount bracket appears to be part 16-033. I am looking for the white slider piece that attaches to thos ... (cont.)

I'm looking for help on identifying the clear piece above the coil balance. I believe the window is a Crestline select 500 double hung.

The window i weighed at 30lb. Each spring in the 2 spring units are marked 7.5lb 35 (maybe 35 is length ?? ) the springs are 1/2" wide.I removed both left and right side and to my amaze the springs (2 per side ) were not broken. In image b.Side, the "T" portion of the spring is suppose to latch into the rectangle hole of plastic piece. But the bottom portion broken as shown in image e.size. Do you guys carry any part like that?
