I am looking for the right and left

I am a homeowner attempting to repair several Quaker tilt windows with inverted block and tackle balances. I think I have figured out most of the parts that I need, but there are a few that I am having trouble finding matches for.I will start by identifying the matching parts I feel confident of, in ... I need the latch that is on top of each window. It holds the windows from falling inward. I also need to know how to get these out since it has one screw not visible...

I was wondering if you guys have this latch and the correct description of it. Thanks.

Are these latches 26-464 metal?

Lock the window shut so when the wind blows the window won't fall open.

Hi I have Semco windows that tilt out. The top window won't stay up. Can you tell me what I can do to repair this? Thank you, Gordon Stewart
