I could not get the latch out if the window! But I need a replacement latch. If you cant tell what latch that is. I can try to remove it again. Thanks!

Can you identify these parts? I replaced the channel balances in five windows and also found these broken parts.Thanks, Dennis

You sent me the balance (it's perfect) but I still need 2 parts. The first is the window latch to release the window The second goes on the end of the balance and is supposed to have a hook on the end. 2 1/2" long. I will need 2 of each part. Thank you, Teena

Hello! I need help identifying some replacement parts for the windows in my home, specifically the pivot/balance shoes and tilt latches. These are for Pella vinyl double hung windows manufactured around 2007. The pivot/balance shoe has number 4610108 stamped on it along with PAT number 6,679,000. T ... (cont.)

The one i am looking for is a round edge tilt latch , I don't exactly have all the dimensions but i think it is 2.6" long spring loaded. It seems to be the one that slides in.

Please help to identify this pivot shoe assembly. The spring is stamped #9.0 35" Thank you

I have a double hung Weathershield window.The latch on the the upper sash has broken. It is about 2-3/8" long and about 3/4" wide and 3/8" deep.I think the weathershield part number is left 941316 and right 941318. Held in with a screw in the middle.

I need 4 of the complete balances for the lower sash to repair 2 sash's. 1 of the metal rods on the bottom left side of one window, 1 part on the upper right corner of the bottom sash that locks the sash onto the frame.
