26-464 Tilt Latch Set

Unknown window manufacture. All 16 windows have the same problem of latch failure.

I just got my order of tilt latch set. But no screws are here. What screws types do I need ?

I have single hung pella windows, several have broken balance boot/shoes. See picture of broken boot and opposite side of one attached. Question is can I get new boots, they appear to have gotten brittle and the snaps broke off the balance. Also how do I remove the shoe, I could not get it out. ... (cont.)

So, inspected this MW window and is in need of balancers, pivot lock shoes, 1 tilt latch and possibly metal tilt pins, depending on your thoughts with the new shoe.I believe the balancer is S900-29 and -26 for upper and lower spiral balancer 26" and 29" x 3/8" tube, but sash seems light and tips are ... Good evening,I need the parts pictured. Chime metal clip to hold the side spring at the top of the track. Gray metal pin screwed into the window that locates into the side spring rail.
