I have a PGT Widow, model # SH-4000, 51 1/2in Wide by 61in High. The Balance has a stamping number 29 5. As you can see in the pictures, I am in need of the replacement Balances and Top Sash Guide....Am I correct? Please give me the part numbers for the pieces in need as I want four(4) of each part ... What part is this on your website? I have your S350-21 channel balance but the top sash guides listed for that don't quite look like mine.
