Papaiz 323 is marked on the lock. please note the inter nob is flush with jam and is 1/2" from center. Typical Replacement from Home Depot extends to far out to side to turn.

Hi, I ordered a keylock replacement but it didnt work and now returning the part. Can i get help to replace the entire lockset with handle. I included pics with measuring tape for some direction and accuracy. I have an old Papaiz 340 that has no keys and door lock sticks. Thanks! ... (cont.)

Does the 40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset come in any other finish than Brass?

What the maximum door thickness that this will fit? Can it be used in a 1 3/4 inch thick door? Thanks ?

I have had multiple trips to the big stores Home Depot and Lowes to find what I need and have come up short 4 times. I am in need of a motise lock set and handles for my storm door. Does the 40-049 come in a brushed bronze finish?

Hello, Would 40-097 work with a door that is 2 1/4 thick? Thank you.

My patio french doors have a bolt inside the door that when you pull up on the handle it locks a rod downward into the door frame, then you can lock the handle with the key or knob inside and the handle is frozen and the door is locked. Does this 40-097 do the same?
