Hi, I would like to purchase the proper replacement parts for this door. The upper and lower hinge.

This is a double door. If you are standing on the out side of the door and outside of the building than this is the door on the right with the hinge on the exterior of the building and swings to the outside. I see no markings on any of the hinges. I was hoping to have a set of hinges when I took the door apart but see the bolts inside the door frame can be spaced differently so they are much more specific.
