Need pivot set for that door.

The hinge is for the pictured door. Close up pics for the bolt pattern into the sill. Lower hinge is the broken one.

Hello I am in need of someone to help me find parts for a door I am working on. I have attached pictures. You may not be able to see because it's pretty rusty, but there is a bearing, not a bushing in the bottom pivot assembly. Thank You

I'm trying to identify replacement pivots for this door. I did not find any markings of door manufacturer unfortunately. It seems the bottom pivot is either missing a part (maybe disintegrated), or was installed in a strange manner. Thank you for you help
