S180-10 10 lbs Series 180 Coil Balance

Hi Swisco Team I am struggling finding the following parts 3 parts for my window 1. 1 pivot bar with 1 3/4 inches dimensions (see picture below. Can I use one for different dimensions? The one with the blue shoe is the old one I took out. The others with metal shoe is one I found and used but the blue one has a slot fits old pivot pin and new one does not . They are 40 lb windows and as can see stacked coils of 20 each side by a 6,6, 8 to equal 20 lbs for each side. I need new one ... (cont.)

It has 10 on the plastic and spring. The block measures .47 thick 1.250 wide

The window made a loud snapping noise as I was opening it. I figure the spring broke. I am enclosing these photos. I think I need 2 sides coil balance parts, 2 tilt latch's and 2 pivot shoes. I could also use weather stripping if you sell that.Thanks for your help, Jon

Hi do you have this type of windows balance?

the existing is a duel and has a 10 marking on each piece. The foot cam broke out of the existing. It measures 9/16 x 1 1/4". Thank You Mike
