For the left side of a MI3540 single hung window

As you can see by the attached pics, this unit has broken and needs to be replaced. Not sure of the window manufacturer but the unit has "L10" marked on it. That's the only marking. Part of the coil spring is still inside the unit showing that it snapped in half. Do you have this replacement part? ... (cont.)

I have Gorell 5300 series double hung windows that I need to replace the springs and pivot shoes, will this spreader work or do I need to cut the frame? I need to replace my window coil. The window is 21 lbs. The coil housing has the number 7 written on it and the coil currently installed is 1/2" wide. Which coil balance would I need to purchase in order to fix my window?
