Can you please see if you can match this with what you have. To the best of my ability 38-239C looks like the design of the hinge, but not sure of the crank and handle part. The guides on the side of the window measure 12". Thanks for your help in advance

Greetings, we have several casement windows as shown. The hinges have failed on one and need to be replaced. We also need screws as the old ones are badly rusted. We prefer stainless steel parts if available.

Hi, I purchased a 36-004-22 hinge set. I am wondering how I can release the hinge arm from the hinge track so that I can screw the hinge track on the wood frame first. Thank you. -Jin
