I think I need a replacement piece for my window can you help me?

Can you please help me in identifying this window crank ? I cannot find any info on the window as in a model or part number.

no identifying markers.

This window fell out when I opened it, and I'm trying to identify what hardware needs to be replaced. The parts are made by "American Metal company." Thank you!

Hi this casement hinge has broken at the copper or brass fitting do they make this part as a replacement part? Both top and bottom hinges are broken in the same spot. The left casement window seems to be having a problem at the end of the crank's travel. Have sent a pic of the crank and the window as well as the sticker on the window. Thank you for your help. Bill

Hello - this is the crank on our encasement window. I cannot tell who manufactured the window. It is not Andersen or Simonton. The window got left open and the crank rusted and is bent. We need to replace the crank piece. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you, Taylor

Greetings, We have casement windows. Neither close well. One binds but does close and the other doesn't. One is missing a crank to open and close it.
