I have a broken awning window lock. (Hook shaped part that pulls window in tight when closed) Unfortunately I don't have a picture of the part, removed. I don't see a name on the window anywhere.

I'm looking for vent arms for all of my awning windows. I don't see any names or numbers on the arms or windows. The plastic parts are broken on most of the ends. My arms measure about 8 inches from rivet to rivet. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Rick

Can you please help me order the correct replacement for the entire crank pictured below. It is for 1960s jaulosie windows. Left hand side. All associated parts needed. There are no markings anywhere on the old crank.

What are the dimensions of this part?

This is a picture of my left hand crank that needs to be replaced. The control arm pictured goes to the bottom window. The upper window control arms connect through threaded plastic hook pieces. During hurrucane Florence our left side ROW (about 18" x 32") casement leaked. Our right side did not. On inspection today we found the "hook" was broken on left casement. Pics attached.This is the part U need. 27 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 5/16" How to get replacement? Thanks.

I don't know what brand these windows are - this is an old farm house with several double pane awning windows. All of which have the plastic clips broken. I removed one of the bars showing the broken clip. I realize I will need to drill out the old rivets and install something new to retain the clip ... (cont.)

I have jalousy windows and when you close the window a nylon hook rotates and locks the window closed. I am looking for both the nylon hook and the pin that the hook locks onto.

I fliped the left one to show what the right one would look like. The part is 1 3/4" x 1" x 1/4". As you roll the window in it catches the post in the picture to pull the window tight aganist the frame. Hope you can help me, the house was build in the 60's, so I guess there that old.
