I have crank out awning windows, all mechanisms work, but the arms no longer connect to the window by way of a bar that's attached to the window. I think from looking at your site I need something called a shoe to attach the arms to the actual window. I showed you two different windows one just has ... (cont.)

here are the pictures of my window. I hope they help. This is a very old house and I have lived here about 40 yrs and this window was here then.There are no numbers, names, or letters on the window operator. It is 25 inches long.

Hi I need the part that's on the picture is the part that pulls the window the resto of the case is working perfectly.

This shoe (pivot?) is from what I believe is an early Andersen 400 series awning window. It slides on the operator bar to operate the sash. Have you got a replacement? Thanks, Tom

Unable to find any number or name

This part is off of an Andersen window crank, do you have this part or the crank itself. I believe the part is broken in the picture

This awning window is quite old - the worm gear has a lot of slop. You can't tighten the crank, even though the gear is not stripped. Do you a replacement for this? It is an Anderson window - no numbers on it.

Can you identify the missing piece here? On some of the images the crank rods are connected correctly and on others they are missing the connection piece.

I'd like to replace an Andersen rotolock short arm operator for an awning window. I see that you offer an Awning Operator Kit, Short Arm (Product Code: 39-390) however, the connection to the rod on the glass frame seems different as it doesn't appear to connect with the same operator shoe. 12" arms

I think this is an old Anderson wood awning window. One of the "keepers " won't maintain grip on the pin on the end of the arm. Looking for this part before I cut off the pin, drill a hole and stick a bolt in it. Thanks, Jim

Hello, I could really use your help identifying a piece of hardware that has broken off of my enclosed Sun Porch awning window. it's the piece which holds on to the bar at the bottom of the window and glides as window cranks open.

Need four top and bottom if you have them. These windows are 16 years old. TY, Pete
