The image 1229 is missing a part that is on the opposite side of the window depicted with image 1228. The third image 1230 shows the overall window.

ordered and received this part but the one i have on the window is one that just clips on this one has no one has clipping on so im not sure how to use this

This part attaches to the bar on a tilt out window and connects to the lever that pushes in or out (it slides along the bar as the handle is cranked)

I purchased an awning 39-390. If I were to install the universal kit I can see that the window will not be able to close all the way. The actual inside of the jamb measures 29 1/2". I am looking for the part that slides along the rail on the bottom of the window itself to the rod that controls the window opening/closing

This part is from an Anderson Awning window (opens out from bottom)

how do I get the shoes on the awning window bar? The bar is flattened on the ends and therefore the ends are much larger than the shoe cyclinder. Thanks!
