36-030 Roto-Lock Operator Shoe Pair

The glide at the end of window extender arm has rusted to the point where it won't stay on the rod attached to the window. It is 1.5" long x 3/4" wide and the mounting rivet is centered on the RH side. Is there a replacement part that will fit this configuration?

2 Arm Window Crank Centered on Sill with Equal Arms, attached with a plastic end to a metal rod attached to window. I'm looking for a replacement for the whole mechanism, or a workable alternative.

For right and left side, the black plastic parts and the metal piece...with grommets needed.

Both Guide pieces are worn so they came off the guide bar when closing the crank. Is it possible to replace the guides alone? If so, not sure how to put onto guide bar since each end of the bar is flat at each end where it screws to window frame. Or, do I have to replace the bar with guides already ... (cont.)

Looking for the plastic & metal clips that attach the arms to the window. This is an Anderson window that opens out from the bottom when you turn the crank that moves the arms

It looks like the item 36-030 roto- lock operator shoe pair would fix our windows. There is no model# on either the part or the windows. Is this a universal part or are there specific sizes for andersen awning windows? The windows looked fairly new when we bought the house in 1995 but really not sur ... (cont.)

The 36-030 did not look like the part I am looking for .. it might B if I don't use the metal part . My window has NO metal part

Hi, I need two of the pictured brackets. It is about 1.5 inches long by .75 inches wide. What other information can I give you to help identify this piece?

It looks like I just need 2 black rubber (or urethane or plasticl sleeves that fits into the bracket that goes on the arm that opens the awning window.
