Looking for this

Our box bay window was installed in January of 1990. The window is by Thermal industries. The latches no longer hold the window shut and they need to be replaced (only the inside latches). Please let me know if you have them or need any other information.Thank you.--Judy

Hello, We have about 10 of these windows that we need to replace the hardware for. There are two parts. 1. Is the crank w/ arm. 2. The handle locking mechanism. The arm looks to be 9 1/4". Window lock back plate is 3" , screw holes are 2 3/8 center to center . The window crank is 8 1/2 " to the long side touching the gear . It has 4 screw hole , 2 on each side of crank , screwing into small blocks located in the window frame
