To whom it may concern: I have casement windows in my closet and part of the sash lock lever on the left hand casement window snapped off. Can you tell me if you sell replacements for the handle in the photo? It could be "both parts" which would be the mounting block AND the swivering handle/latch or just the swiveling handle/latch, which is an angled "L" shape. Hello, while trying to lock this window, both handles snapped off as they appear to be made of plastic. The cranks are also stripped now too. the label on the window says Delmar Hardware Canada and that is how i found you. Thank you, Lindsay
