38-090 SilverLine Casement Locking Handle

I have several vinyl windows all with broken vinyl locks. I purchased SilverLine Casement Locking Handle 2-3/9" (38-090) from you a while back. It fit and was a good replacement, however I prefer a metal lock if possible. Is this metal? Do you think it would also fit?

Subject pretty much says it all. Just ordered the parts. Have 2 handles broken, but can't get the lock slider down to release the window and get at the screws. Any ideas? I tried getting a screwdriver up in there to push it down - no luck moving it.

Do not have the original screws for part 38-090, Can you give me a the dimension for a replacement screw, size, length, flathead, etc. Thank you Bill

This is a 36 inch lock bar is it something you carry it is for a casement bay window

is this from a swisco window? one of the handles is broken. Also, there is nothing for the lock to catch onto on the outside. Something broke off.

Hi, I need this part for my window. Is there a replacement? Also, the arm and clip were connected underneath on my window. Is that correct? Most I see connect on top of the bracket holder. Thanks. Dan

I've attached 3 pictures of a locking handle on a window in my house (there are actually 2 both broken). As you may be able to see, the bottom half of the latch is broken off. I'd like to replace it if you have that piece.

We have 2 broken sash locks that we want to replace. We do not know the manufacturer. They are installed on 1992 casement windows. In the event the sash lock part cannot be replaced, based upon the exterior image, would an alternative sash lock work with the existing hardware?

Hello not sure if you can help but I need to replace some casement locks on my windows. They were made in the 90s and crack than break since there plastic. The frame breaks the middle part that does all the work is metal it's o.k. Measurements are about 3 1/4 by 1/2 by 3/4 in height . Thanks B ... (cont.)

I've attached some pictures of the window lock piece that I need to replace for my kitchen window. All of the windows in my kitchen have broken hardware, and as a result, I cannot open any of them. They are all casement windows with crank hardware and plastic latches.
