I need to replace some parts for my window. I am unable to identify the part #. It says its a DelMar. Could you please help me look for the part # and how I can go about ordering them. The lock latch is about 3.5" The crank left and right is about 4" And the riveted holder is .75" ... (cont.)

Both of these window latches are broken and I need replacement parts. Seems like fairly flimsy/cheap plastic

Tom I have the 38-090 latches which 1 or 2 lever/latches have broke. I have a contractor saying I need to replace the window. My question is can I just replace the latch? Do you have instruction on how to just replace the latch?

Does this part come in only one size? i just want to make sure I purchase the correct part. I've included pictures, thanks! Danny

Attached is a picture of a lock latch on a Wright casement window. Does this look like product 38-090? Can the handle only be replaced or does it require replacing the entire assembly?

The bottom run from the center of the hole to the tip is 3" The left raiser run from the center of the hole to the tip is 2 1/8" The 3" Run is 11/16" wide The 2 1/8" run is 5/8" wide This is plastic material, and it is for a window. The only name visible on the window is wright.

There are no numbers or any information.

The picture is for handle lock . It is from the same window as the truth operator. Dimensions for hansle lock: From pivot center to end of tab is 2.25". Handle is 3" from tip of handle to center of pivot. Mounting holes are 2 3/8 center to center. The operator is exactly like Truth-Dyad/pd/C ... (cont.)

The house was built in 2000 and the builder believes they are either Slocum or Patriot windows that were sold at 84 lumber. The latch measures 3 1/4" x 3/4" and the mounting screws are 2 3/8" apart. Thank you for posting. Our 38-090 does appear to be very close. I cannot confirm if it is what you have, however. You will have to compare the dimensions of the two parts and determine if they are the same.
