39-013 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

Only marking is "RH" on underside of mech. Cover over gearbox does not appear to be removable - one piece casting.I see the brand name "Caradco" on the knob. Distance from center of pivot to center of outer roller on arm is 13.5 inches. Thanks

I have a duplex with older crank out windows. Some need crank handles some need new arms I cant seem to find any info on Rimco brand. We just bought this home and the window won't crank shut all the way, or lock. I found new locks but I don't know what crank to get.

Marked with "truth". Inside cover says 45304 LH base plate says "truth" and 45251 arm says 40051A gear teeth on arm are stripped/rounded. I need several of these.

There is supposed to be a small plastic wheel on the pin that fits into the channel on the window part of the crank mechanism. It broke into pieces. Is this wheel replaceable? Or is there a replacement for the whole crank assembly for this window? I don't know what the manufacturer of the window was ... (cont.)

Hinges/Bracket on right if looking at the window from the inside Need upper and lower bracket (2pcs) - Pivot Bars Plastic latch pieces (20 pieces) 1 3/4" high from top to point and 5/8" across. One of the above items is Truth 30744 The window is 24"x60" Please see the attached pictures ... (cont.)

Replacement cranks needed 1 right crank out & 1 left crank out. We have taken out the right one and it has 40051 on it. I do not know if the other one has a different #

Hi, Can you please identify this part for me. The arm is around 32cm. The window open from the right to left when I am inside the house i.e. the hinge and the crank mechanism is on the left side.

The hinge part that attaches to the window and slides in the bracket has broken. Can I just purchase the plastic hinges? The rest of the parts seem to be working properly. Thanks, Jim

From end to crank plate is approximately 12 inches. Looking for Swisco replacement if possible.

I would like to replace top and bottom hardware on 6 windows.

The current crank no longer functions and cannot be repaired. It is marked Wright brand. It is sort of a bronze color. The glass part of the window is 18". The cranks arm that connects to the bottom of the window is approximately 13" before it goes into the crank case. I am guessing it is at least ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement sill mounted crank replacement. This one was damaged and now shaft doesn't intersect with gear. Sam is true in opposite window so I will need one of each "hand." Any help is appreciated!

I need help to identify what part I need to replace my single arm crank operator. It is a truth arm but i cannot see any part stamp on this piece. There are part numbers on the hinges.
