39-013 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

I need to replace a casement window operator, Truth model 45251, 13-1/2" arm. Do you ship to Canada or have an agent in Canada? And what are the costs involved?

I need some replacement hardware for my windows. They are marked Truth 45034-LH & RH. They have a straight bar with a roller on the end instead of the hinged ones. Do you have a comparable part?

9&1/2 arm center to center, arm marked "wright" in script lettering. on the bottom of the opener "7702" is stamped on both sides. i would really be interested in replacement parts, especially if your parts are better quality than these. also reply as to if the opener pictured is a rh or a lh. Appears to be Caradco windows; numbers 40055 on bottom of the operator, along with an logo of a window and a "T" in the center of the window. I see you have replacement operators with 9 1/2" arms and 13 1/2" arms. This one seems to measure 11". Please tell me you can help. Thanks ... (cont.)
