39-013 Casement Window Operator, 13-1/2" Arm

In need of a replacement assembly for my casement windows The cradco 9 1/2 looks identical except for the arm length - mine measure 13 1/2 inches Any help in locating this style with a 13 1/2 inch arm length?

this is wright window operator 131/2" the operator case works fine but as you see on picture#4 the crank shaft is broken at the bottom ,do you sell just the crank shaft or i have to replace the operator and what operator do you suggest,my case width is 4"?

The operators are about 18 years old. I don't know the manufacturer of the windows. It has stamped name of Wright. The best I can measure is 13.5 inches.

This crank is from what I think is a caradco casement. The length is 13.5 inches from end of roller to center of gear. Can you recommend a replacement. I'll need left and right.

the knob works but the crank it goes on is dull so any replacement knob i try doesn't work

I have a casement window crank that works well cranking the window out (counter-clockwise). But when I try to close the window, turning it clockwise, it just turns freely and the spindle (worm gear) just screws right out of the casing. I need some replacement hardware for my windows. They are marked Truth 45034-LH & RH. They have a straight bar with a roller on the end instead of the hinged ones. Do you have a comparable part?

9&1/2 arm center to center, arm marked "wright" in script lettering. on the bottom of the opener "7702" is stamped on both sides. i would really be interested in replacement parts, especially if your parts are better quality than these. also reply as to if the opener pictured is a rh or a lh. Appears to be Caradco windows; numbers 40055 on bottom of the operator, along with an logo of a window and a "T" in the center of the window. I see you have replacement operators with 9 1/2" arms and 13 1/2" arms. This one seems to measure 11". Please tell me you can help. Thanks ... (cont.)

2 casement window cranks have become stripped (or something) and are no longer functional.
