39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I am looking for a replacement window crank for an Eagle window. This window is approximately 20 years old. The part need ing replacement is on the right side of the 3 window unit. Please let me know if you can get me this part.

I've uploaded a picture of the casement operator I'm trying to replace. It's Truth hardware with 40471 engraved. Thanks, Eric

we need to replace face cracks, do you have the ones shown in the attached images? we will need five.

The operator arm is about 9 inches, and the only visible number in the operator is 31538. The original supplier is Truth Entrygard.

Hello..I have a vetter window that needs a new R opening arm operator. It has the words "Entry Gard" and "truth" on the long piece and it is the R not L one that I need.Thanks for your help.

I was wondering if this part can be confirmed just by looking at the pic and US PAT #. If so please let me know your thoughts. Taylor

Is the operator (KK brand) made by Swisco? The crank teeth have been weared out so the operator cannot open/close the window. Do I need to buy the operator to replace the old one? I measure the longer arm length, it is about 9.5". Thanks, Jim

I believe what I currently have can be replaced by your part 39-031 (locks on the upper left of the window). Part numbers that I see are 20810, 3084?L and 30744.
