39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Hello, can I use these (39-102) with arm operator 39-031.

This window was manufactured by Thermal Gard. It has a 9" arm to the left of the mechanism. The gear is stripped out.

I believe I have a Crestline operator with 4054 stamped on the handle. The worm handle will not stay in the operator, looks like a little ridge that kept it in has disintegrated? I need the entire operator mechanism with handle

Hi I am in need of 1 right and 1 left side jeld-wen window crank operator replacements as seen in the photo. I also need replacement weatherstripping for the casement window as seen in the photo. Could you please let me know where to order these at on your site? Thanks, John

Request help for replacement crank assembly and locking mechanism for a casement window (Window #2). Photos attached. Very pleased with your help a few weeks ago with Window #1.

I have a right and left swing and the crank on right side is stripped and will not pull the window in. I would like to replace cranks on both to fix the stripping issue.

Please let me know what part to order. I will then order five each. Thanks

Hi, I need help identifying this crank assembly for a client. Attached are pictures of the (2) part numbers that appear on it.

I need to replace some encasement window crank linkage that has rusted or broke. I also need some bottom seals. Hopefully the pictures will assist with finding the right replacement parts. Can you please advise? I have more photos available if needed.Thank you,Bill

The window crank keeps coming off the track and therefore won't close the window unless someone is outside pushing it closed. Can you help me find the right part to replace this? I can't find much in the way of markings on them, but I am at the property for the next few days so if you can point me i ... (cont.)

The gear and shaft for the window is broke off from the rest of the assembly. We also need the latch for the window. It is a left side latch on the window and the crank is to the right side of the bottom of the window unit. The windows are from the mid 90"s. Part number on the latch assembly is 3 ... (cont.)

Can you identify this casement mechanism. The only label I see on the cover plate is "Truth". My gears are stripped and will no longer open the window. Thankyou. Paul

IMG 2319 shows the left window with crank missing. It is the left window, if inside and looking out. The other photos (right side) show the type/size of window operator needed to replace the left window operator. So i'd like to replace the one operator in IMG 2319. Can you tell me what part that ... See attached photos for Truth casement window sash. The plastic shoe on the hinge needs to be replaced. I am trying to find a replacement shoe (six of them, actually).Thank you!Jim

These are on 20+ Caradco Casement windows in a home we recently purchased (I've included a pic,too). Do you have operators, handles, and covers that will work? TY --Reed G.

Please see the photo uploaded. I am looking for the two parts that are circled in red. It appears that the screw piece is stripped, and the cover is cracked. The handle appears to be fine. Thank you!
