The original is the operator stamped townside is the original, on the opposite it is stamped 'entry guard truth 40754'. The operator is the one I ordered as a replacement. Everything works well with this operator except that the ending of the arm is not the same bushing. Is this something that ... (cont.)

I am trying to replace the casement opener shown in the picture submitted. The main gear in the assembly is stripped. looks like the crank arm is 8 1/2 inches. Right hand crank (opens on left; hinged on right). Thanks for your help!Frank

hard plastic weatherseal on sides of casement windows, just under 1" in width, do not know name of manufacturer, do you have a seal that could fit? looks like it was stapled in place, windows are about 48" long.

I'm trying to identify the parts needed to replace the opening mechanisms fore these windows. Some will need need replacement of the tracks under the window (where the opening arm/wheel fits into), but I do not have a picture of the track.

I believe I need Left but not sure of the part number...

Hi we purchased an operator 39-031 recently and it is the correct arm but it appears the arms are not in the correct position??? Part # 40372 - Truth - On very far right side it has the number 37 and on the very far left side it has 87. Need whole assembly with both arms as pictured not sure if I will need a crank handle? Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you Lisa

Here are 2 inside views, an overhead view and 2 views from outside. I see one number 20810. I have the cover and handle. They are in good shape. I see "Truth" marked on it in two different places. It seems to look just like the one in the video, except opposite side, and in the video, I don't see a ... (cont.)

The nylon roller that guides the window to open and close is worn out and needs to be replaced. The window opens all the way with no problem. But when it is cranked to close, the roller falls out of the side slot and the arm continues to rotate inward, leaving the window in the same position as when ... (cont.)

It's a two arm operator by entry guard truth. Model number 30842R I also would need a left. I don't know if they're different.
