I have a casement window with Truth part # 46099P stamped on 1 arm but cannot find anything with that part #, even from Truth Hdwe.

Trying to fix about 7-8 casement windows all with same issue . I can open them but can't close them. Seems Like the metal pin that goes inside middle Of two small wheels is lose or broken and doesn't latch to crank and close the widows. Let me know if This can fixed somehow . Thanks ... (cont.)

Left-hand operator 39-031 looks like a fit except for the length of the short arm. Yours is 4 7/16" and the one I need to replace is 2 7/8". If I were to also get a corner bracket (clip stud) 39-510, the stud looks like it is at the end. Would that possibly work?
