Hi. I have 2 70" tall x 27" wide casement windows with operators like the first 2 pics and then 2 that are 31" r tall by 16" wide and their operators are like the second 2 pics. Can you tell me which operators to order? I need a L/R pair for each set of windows. Thanks VERY much! ... (cont.)

The retaining ring from the handle is no longer working. So I will need the mechanism for this. Long link arm is stamped LH 30470 Short link is stamped 20610 Cover is K/K. I will need cover, but I believe your part number is 39-107

As you can see from the photos I have two windows that use this hardware. One of the windows will crank out but won't crank in. Small kitchen window above sink - need both left & right casement operators. For my larger windows I ordered 39-031 - perfect fit. But kitchen needs something different & I can't seem to match it to your pictures. Any help - thanks. Julie

Crank operator has an R stamped on it, It is for the left facing window as seen from the interior. Also has the number 20810A stamped on it. Would like to replace this crank operator but not sure which item in your inventory is the best match. Thanks
