39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

Dear Expert - recently purchased an older home and realized some of the window operators were broken. I have included pictures of the broken one as well as one of the functioning ones for reference. Please advise what replacement parts are needed. Than you kindly!!!

Looks like "Entry Guard"by "Truth" the carpenters were kind enough to build in a removable trim piece for access. i have 4 of these windows and all of them have fallen apart.i have watched your video on replacement and i can handle it.I would like to know if you have these parts and how much they ar ... Since the mechanism isn't cranking window in and out anymore, I am assuming I need the gear assembly. Or what is best for longevity.

Looking to see which arms would replace these existing ones

Two windows that open from the left as you face them have roller wheels that come out of track. A) metal track at base of window is 11" and Truth & a house icon is on the track (see pic); B). Arm from wheel to crank is approximately 10"; C) top right piece of hardware towards window is 4 1/2".N ... (cont.)

I need 2 left and 2 right crank screw screw out. #on are r30842 and #40471 on main base Let me know what else you need. Thanks Chris

From what I can see is that this is a right hand casement operator, with code 20810A. With the images I've provided, can we determine it's replacement? The arm length for this one is 9 1/4.

I need new window crank hardware for a Entry Guard -Truth window. The part is stamped with #30842R and #20810. Might need a new crank handle also. Thanks for the help.

The part I am looking for is very similar to the Truth Entrygard 90-031 except the short link is 3-3/4" long rather than 4-7/16 long as shown in the drawing.

Hi, I was unable to uninstall these yet - it's dark and winter and quite cold up in western Massachusetts right now. Hoping that you can identify with what I've provided. The operator crank will open the window but slips out when trying to close the window. Instead of turning the gears, it rotates off the operator completely.
