Hi there, need to replace the casement operator I think. Won't open/close the window or will open it but not close. The cover says Crestline so I'm assuming that's what the windows are. Entry guard window operator for crestline window numbers included are 20810 on the straight arm on the curved arm it's 30841L appears to be the operating arm is about 9 in long

I have a few casement windows in my house that need the crank system replaced. Really just looking for the gear mechanism if possible. Do they make comparable replacement parts for this model? Thank you in advance of your help!

I have casement windows, circa 1982-84, that have cranks that have failed. I need both left and rights. From what I have found, US patent number 4.241.541 1982 and on the short arm is etched number 31538. Long arm is approx 9 1/2" and short arm approx 3 1/2" to swivel then 4"

I have Semco windows and the crank operator appears to be the same brand. I am not sure of the gold gear mechanism. The window crank that you spin to open/close the window seems to have unscrewed itself from the unit, which now redners it uselss. Do i need to replace the entire piece, meaning, the o ... (cont.)

From available options, thinking 39-032 (and 39-031 for other side) would match but the 39-253RB/LB don't have the longer arm dimensions. Attached are photos of Truth Hardware casement operators. While these are stamped with 20810, they look like the 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator that I see on your website. The arms look to be the 10 3/4" and 4 7/16". Would you be able to confirm the part?

Hi, I am trying to find these for my customer she said they are Certainteed windows the bottom of the operator says PAT 1982 so im guessing there old . What other information might you need im hitting roadblocks everywhere I look Look forward to hearing from you
