Hi We have three windows that the windows do now open. I have taken a picture of the part. The bottom

I need both right hand & left hand mechanism. Is that determined from inside or outside orientation? These windows are located at my church and I am not sure of the manufacturer.

My condo is about 30 years old. I need to replace this hardware. I cannot open some of my windows. Hope you can help me. Thanks

The window cranks (Crestline) in several of our windows do not work any longer, since the gears are worn out. We need replacement parts. Please advice on how we can order these. Thanks.

Not sure if this is a left handed or right handed window crank. I'm looking from the inside towards the outside. I have some broken gear teeth that the gear drive fails to engage. All of the actuating arms are okay (L30841 & 20810). This house was built in 1991 and I'm assuming that's when this cran ... (cont.)

Need to replace.

We have two windows that use the Truth Entry-Gard 20810 system. The handle and enclosure are loose, and turning the handle generally just spins, without consistently driving the arm. Looking to replace these with white since we painted sills white from original honey colored wood.

My house has number of casement windows with Truth Entryguard operators that need to be replaced. The windows are probably 35 years old, and their sizes differ. Will the current Entryguard operators fit? If different size arms are necessary, how are they measured? Thanks
