The measurement of the outer screws on the base plate - center to center is 4-3/8". The measurement of L30841 bracket from where it's attached to the operator to the joint of the other bracket is 4" - center to center. Good day, I have a bay window with a casement windows on either side, the right hand windows casement crank operator is a truth 40372 and is no longer operational, would like to know what part number I need, also this same window has a 10" track on the top of the window frame that holds the casement ... Crank threads are stripped, window opens but can't close by crank. Hoping to go through and replace all in house. Windows ordered by previous homeowners so don't know anything more.

The crank arm won't engage and feels stripped. Do you carry replacement parts for this?

THERE ARE 4EA WINDOWS, ALL OUTSWING, 2 EA LH, 2 EA RH. THEY ARE ABOUT 25 OR SO YEARS OLD,TRUST MECHANISM. OTHER THAN THE 20755 ON ONE ARM I DON'T SEE ANY OTHER MARKS. YOUR HELP IS APPRECIATED.
