Need to replace the operating hardware on two casement windows, both left and right arms.

I am in search of 4 Truth casement operators and associated brown plastic covers. I need 2 left hand operators and 2 right hand operators.The Truth part number on all 4 operators is: 40254Please let me know of the total cost and if you need additional information.Thank you.

The windows will not crank all the way closed. They are almost drooping a bit and the crank is really hard to turn

Ihave multiple casement windows circa 1983 with 2x4 walls. Many of the mechanisms are loose and need replacement. The other thing I don't like are the old style crank handles that are used on these windows, they stick out quite a bit and interfere (to some extent with shades. Are there any version ... (cont.)

Hardware has the brand name "Entry Gard Truth", with several numbers that can be found including: 20810 and 45179. I have many windows in my house with this style crank. Our Crank on the Milgard Windows opens the windows slightly and then just spins without further opening or closing the windows. What is the part number I need to replace?
