Hello! Our home was built around 1992 and we are updating the Lincoln windows. I would like to replace the cranks with a model from your site. Please let me know which replacement would work for this window.

I'd like to replace the hardware 8-10 casement windows

I have a Loewen Casement Window, about 17 years old, whose gear mechanism no longer works. I'm not sure if there is a tooth broken or the teeth just don't mesh, but I can't really get it to either retract or move out. Please help my window crank is broken The gear is stripped There is a prong (fork) that pushes the rail up the side of the window to set the lock There is a second lever that opens closes the window I am willing to use alternate parts to make it work again Thanks Frank

The driver screw which drives the opening and closing of the window comes out of it's socket. I have to physically pull and push the window in place. What is the correct replacement part in your inventory?

Hi, need replacement hardware for the attached images. It looks like 39-155 and 39-156. However, the short arm is 4.5", not the 3 and 13/16" shown.

This a Truth part that we need to replace. The one to replace is the right hand window - picture of intact one is the left hand window. Please advise if replenishment is available.

The arm looks good - it's just the mechanism inside the crank base that isn't working so you can turn the handle and nothing happens. Just need to replace this side. Does the whole thing need replacing or just the base and inside mechanism? The other window like it has this number on the arm - 3084 ... (cont.)

Looking for replacement crank and cover (brown) for this window.

The window will no longer crank shut. I can crank it open. platform attached to the sill is 5". The arm is 9 1/2". It is a Certainteed replacement window about 20 years old. Are there parts for this window?

the handle is loose, can't open and close

The worm gear came out of its pocket. If I have the worm gear facing me the long arm on the left side of the base has engraving that says Entry Gard and then TRUTH. Trying to identify a window seal replacement. Also 1 of the windows has a broken lock. The mechanical linkage has the name "Entry Guard TRUTH" and number "31272".The seal dimensions are 3/8" diameter and 1/4" wide at the base.Not sure who the original manufacturer is.
