39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I need both left and right window cranks mechanisms because the handles come off when you try to crank the windows open. I'd like to replace it all.

I am looking for replacements for both types of operators.

I think the window is a Jeld-Wen window from around 1998. The window size is tall and narrow (55x16). The long bar connected to the crank handle is 11 1/2 inches long, and it is a right-sided crank out. Do you have a replacement part for this or do you know where I can get one? Thank you. Mike ... These windows were built/installed in 1985. I see "Truth" on the crank mechanism. Will need a left and right arm replacement in white as well as the locking mechanism as well.

Hello Swisco! We have Pozzi casement windows and one of the operators isn’t cooperating. It’s a left hinge, right opening window and the operator cranks counter-clockwise to open the window. This is an EAGLE window from about 2010. The gears are stripped. The width of the opening in the sill is 5inches and the height is 3/4inch. I can take more pictures if necessary. Let me know.

One of the images is for windows in my kitchen and the other is for one of the bedrooms. I think they are the same mechanism, but I'm not sure.
