39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

This part is broken. What part do I need and do you have a how-to repair video so I can install a new part?

I have attached pictures of the casement window crankcase that needs replacing. It is an Entry Gard Truth 3084IL which I believe corresponds with Swisco part 39-031 and 39-032. I could not obtain an exact measurement for the long arm but it appears to be 10" and the short arm is 4 1/16". Will you be ... (cont.)

Please let me know what part number I need to order from Swisco to replace this casement hardware, will probably need to order right and left operating systems, with new crank handles as well .

Norco stamped on handle. Pella window around 1994. Small kochen over the sink window pair. I also have photos.

We have several windows that are missing the handles. Some handles have the spindle/gear at the end, while others are just the handle and there is nothing to connect them to the operator. The window opens without a problem by pushing the glass, but the crank is no longer attached. See the photos; the photo with the metal cover over the mechanism is from another window by the same manufacturer. I believe the manufacturer was Weather Shield. What part do we need? The window is Milguard from about 1995. The top of the long arm is stamped with "Entry Gard TRUTH" The bottom of the long arm is stamped "30757LH" The shorter angled arm is stamped "30851" The shorter straight arm (attached to the angled arm) is stamped "20312" It looks like the spiral gear on the ... I'm looking for a similar operator, it looks like it could be the 39-031 operator, however, I need a flat profile steel roller instead of a nylon roller. It is a entry guard truth stamped operator. Every dual split arm operator I've seen has the nylon roller but I need the steel roller...please se ... (cont.)

This is an operator for a right-hand window, I need the same type for the left-hand. The only writing I can see on it is "Truth Entry Gaurd". Is this enough information with pics or do I need to completely remove it?
