Hello, one of the fixture bottom of the window got loose. So window does not show down. It is not casement window operator, but on the window side fixture. Could you look at the pictures and let me know which part should I buy and if I can replace it myself?

I'm looking for the appropriate window crank and cover for my existing Marvin windows. Crank system says EntryGuard 31538A

The Crank system is Entrygard truth, there is a number of 40941-A but that number is different on all the windowsThe windows are Marvin but I can't find any identifying numbers other then the glass information. The house was built around 1999-2000, so I'm assuming the windows are some kind of Ultima ... (cont.)

Gear on crank keeps popping out when trying to close window. Arm stamped Truth Entry Guard. Hard to measure exactly but appears to be 9". Channel on window is 11" long. Window is wood. Please advise as to correct replacement operator.

Hello, I am updating trim and windows to white from the current brown. Would I be able to use 39-107FK for my crank replacement needs? My best guess is that I have 39-107 covers today with 39-114L crank handles. Does the 39-107FK simply push on and replace both my original crank and cover? Thank ... (cont.)

I also have a separate issue. The 39-032 part I ordered does not quite fit. Everything about it is correctly sized for my Crestline 1990s windows; HOWEVER, the short arm piece bumps down instead of bumping up. That makes it not work. Hello, I have 3 windows that the crank mechanism is stripped or broken and need replacement. Any idea where I can get these from? any advise will be helpful, see photos attached.

The crank gear action and arms need replacing. Crank handle and cover is fine. Etchings on the arms of crank read "6D O16S AMS on arm that connects close to middle under window, and S-1081-66 R" on part that connects under hinge side.
