From what I can tell, I think the replacement is the 39-032. I thought my operator cover just needed to be replaced because it was cracked. I bought the cover, but it looks like the tabs are a little shorter and don't hold on the original operator when cranking the window in. Will I need to repla ... (cont.)

I need to replace operator mechanism on a window built by bestbilt around 20 years ago. These windiows were sold by harvey industries and they referred me to you. I can send you a picture of the operator mechanism if that would help.
