I am looking for an operator arm for Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I also sent another request for a separate part.

I am trying to replace the part that the window opens on at the top of the window. It is a Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I believe it is called a hinge part.

from the 1980's Marvin window Numbers on the crank model 40471 Numbers on hinge: 30751, 30451, 30744

The gears on the actuator arms jam and prevent the full opening motion of the window. The long arm on the right side is approx 9.25 inches and has 40754 stamped on the underside, and also says EntryGuard Truth. The shorter arm on the left is approx 4.5 inches and is marked 20610. Aloha, so this old Truth window crank is broken. Specifically just the small protruding stem with teeth that fits into the crank handle has broken off and the end is stuck inside the handle. Somebody probably fell or hit the handle casuing it to snap off. Only identifying marks I see is on one of th ... (cont.)
