I have an EntryGard left casement. Just bought crank hardware, your part 39-155. But I can't connect the short lever to the window because the linkage is a different length. The old linkage is part number 20810 which is longer than your part number 20755, and the retaining clip is different. See pho ... (cont.)

Entry guard truth left swing

Crank handle fell off the crankcase. I can still open the window if the handle is pushed back to the crankcase but cannot close window this way.

I am looking for a replacement for a left 20755 caradco window crank pictures included. Thanks

Looking for correct replacement part

1. Both are left windows, 30842R on arm, 20810 on arm extender, 40372 on base, 30830 on gear holder, 45012 on handle. 2. 2 left windows, 1 right. 30744 on arm bottom, 20544 on arm extender, 30710 on gear holder, handles same as other 45012. Thank you!

Left hand swing, 9" pivot arm windows maker is unknown. window latch is also made by TRUTH.

The handle for the casement window keeps falling off, and the stud that it goes onto appears worn. Also the plastic cover over the mechanism is cracked. This is the mechanism for a Marvin wood-framed casement window. Inside the cracked cover is the word "Truth." I think I need a new crank handle, a ... (cont.)
