39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator

I need to replace 2 of these assemblies.

The opening device has the words ' Entry Gard ' and ' truth ' stamped on it. There is an identifying number which is L30841. I need one retainer clip if you have it.

I think this may be a truth or true unit for an arm unit for a window.

Either top bar, or bottom right pin broke off & left window hanging by the operator! #on left operator reads 20810. I don't know the brand. Figure I will replace them all, so I don't have to worry about them in the future (I am 64).

several windows have bad hardware . the large spiral screw keeps coming out of the seat need help identifying the part

I have some older Truth branded travelers for casement window that need replacement as the cranks have failed The primary part stamps on the travelers appear to be 30841L and 30842R. Entry Gard by Truth. 9" arm. Other part numbers: 20810, 3084IL.

Looking for old new stock to repair this. The winder just goes around and around. It must be stripped. Can just that one small part be replaced or does the whole thing need to be replaced?
