9" arm aluminum operator replacement
Hi- This casement operator has a 9" arm and is metal. Seems too sturdy to be aluminum. We need the right hand replaced but depending on price may also do the left, to be safe, as it is also original. Not sure which to order due to the mount placement and limited space between the mount and the ... (cont.)

seeking a stronger casement operator
Dear Swisco, We have a school with casement windows. I'm looking for a stronger operator. It looks like the 39-001/002 and the 39-044/045 would both fit my windows. Which one is stronger inside? I'm looking for something that can stand up to a 12-year old.

Operator ID
I know its hard to see from the picture's. When you pick up the operator it is heavy and solid not like the thin die cast. The one in the picture has a 9" arm that will work but 11"arm will be better. We will need 50 left and 50 right and will need one first for approval. Please no delays ... (cont.)

Casement Window Parts
Hello, I have several old casement windows that have the gears stripped on the arms. The operators and the worm gears are all fine, but the arm gears are stripped. By my measurements, your 39-001 and 39-002 would make full replacements possible, but I was wondering if it is possible to just get ... (cont.)

Window crank with 11" arm
I don't know who the manufacturer is. The hole pattern matches the 39044 configuration, but the arm is 11" long. The number "40067" is stamped on the arm. The operator has threaded holes and is mounted from the backside (window frame has through holes). The channel guide resembles 39504 and ... (cont.)

Can I use 39-044 instead of 39-002?
Ordered your 39-002 product then cancelled. My wife does not want silver. So we are looking at your 39-044 Getty product. My question now is: none of your products state they are made in the USA. I was referred to your company because they said your products were USA. Are your products still made in ... (cont.)

Operator similar to the 39-044 Getty operator
We have a number of Getty (Philadelphia PA) operators at our summer cottage, the track of which fastens to the vertical window frame surface, not under the window, with three screws. Which window operator do I have?
Hi there. I am trying to find the right replacement for my window operator. A picture is attached. And on my old part, the helical teeth are very vi ... (cont.)

Correct for late 1970's RADCO aluminum casement window
Have read some of your other replies and greatly appreciate your knowledge and consideration of the questioner. This 39-045 operator is the closest thing I see listed to the stripped out operator I removed from what I believe to be a "RADCO" aluminum casement window new in 1978. Screw hole alignmen ... (cont.)
