I don't know the manufacturer of these windows. The house was built in 1957. I suspect they are Anderson's. I have 5 of these awning windows, 3 of them with broken handles which makes it nearly impossible to open them. I have no idea how to get the mechanisms out of the frame. I can remove the windo ... Hi, I ordered Swisco item # 39-069 to replace a broken operator (in photos). It looks like it'll fit, but I cannot figure out how it gets installed. Installing from either the inside or the outside of the window sash seems impossible. Does the new operator pop open or somehow come apart? Thanks, Bil ... (cont.)

The crank handles have broken off of my Caradco windows. I need replacement parts to repair my windows. Do you have replacements parts that would work on my windows? MaryAnn

I had to break in because I locked myself out. Pried the window open and now can't close all the way.
