it is a gear driven operator with center mounted crank. Overall length is 21 1/2"

Hi - have an window with absolutely no manufacturer marking anywhere (glass, frame... nowhere). Crank will correctly open the window, but when closing it, the crank and the mechanism behind it unscrew instead of bringing the window back in, as in my second pic. I have crank handle on my windows that are not operating. If I send you pictures can you recommend replacements. What else do you need to recommend parts. It would also be helpful if you knew of local company who could do the repairs. Thanks Ed

If I replace my existing hardware with this operator mechanism, I would like the folding handle. Do I need additional parts? Like a cover? Or does the handle just fold at the end of the mechanism.

I am seeking replacement handles for a few transom-type windows (? terminology?), that are hinged on the top and open with a side-swing of the handle as shown in the picture. The logo says "Vistarama Windows" and the house was built in the 1960's so I am guessing that they are from that era. If you ... (cont.)

The gears are stripped so the operator must be replaced. The legs attached to the window are about 8.5" long and the legs attached to the operator are slightly shorter. Do you have this mechanism?

I believe this to be a Sealrite awning window built in about 1996. lt is a double window with each window having the physical dimension 31" x 31".

Greetings, I'm trying to locate some replacement hardware for a window. Its a bit unusual as ive never seen a casement set up this way, i actually think it might be an awning window installed sideways. What would be the best way to find a replacement crank arm assembly?

Hi! This window crank appears to have a handle that is stripped. The handle will push the window out, but it won't retract it back in. Do you sell these parts and what should I buy to fix this? Thanks! Anil.
